Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are on the hunt for a Project and Events Executive to join our dynamic team. This isn’t your average 9-to-5 role – it’s an exciting mix of project management, event planning, and business support. You’ll be engaging with clients, leading creative projects, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This role will also integrate administrative tasks to support the wider business, meaning you’ll get involved in everything from event execution to agency operations, ensuring Magnetic runs like a well-oiled machine.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Project Management: Work with the Agency Director and creative teams to manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, manage, and execute events for clients, such as Yeni Raki, ensuring everything from logistics to the guest experience is seamless.
  • Client Management: Be the go-to person for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Pitch & Proposal Support: Contribute to new business pitches by helping with research, timelines, and proposal development.
  • Administrative Support: Provide operational and administrative assistance, such as diary management, inbox management, booking meetings, and assisting with recruitment activities.
  • Team Coordination: Support internal team events and welfare, helping organise team social events and meetings.
