EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING IS PREFERRED:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and understanding of how language impacts message and tone as well as the ability to recognize and interpret the specific needs of the audience to whom the correspondence is directed.
- Strong project management experience and well-developed organization skills and adaptability to work on several concurrent and diverse and complex projects.
- Research and analytical skills to synthesize data and develop associated recommendations, briefings, or reports.
- Experience working in partnership with various stakeholders, cooperative and collaborative environments and excellent inter-personal skills to establish and maintain relationship.
- Extensive knowledge of the theories, principles, and administration of human resource management, including the political and policy factors that influence direction/recommendations is an asset.

Responsibilities:
As the Project and Issues Coordinator you will work with a variety of stakeholders, within Compensation Service Delivery and across Government to operationalize and implement compensation projects, such as creation of an e-transfer process, that impact a variety of stakeholders, review and identify process improvements on re-occurring projects and develop/enhance reporting.
In addition, the position will require excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to research, write/review correspondence and briefings, ensuring the message and information in each briefing is accurate, responsive, and consistent with all other ministry communications (both internal and external) using plain language.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Time management and organizational skills while working on multiple interrelated projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
- Strong project planning skills
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail for generating recommendations and briefings for the Public Service Commissioner.
