Title: Project and Team Coordinator
Salary: $64,972 – $81,215 – $89,337 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Temporary - March 31, 2025
Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday – Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm)
Location: Sinclair office,Vancouver – Hybrid (50% in office). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, summer 2025.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project and Team Coordinator supports the Provincial and Clinical Quality team by undertaking assigned coordination activities and providing administrative support to the Director of Provincial and Clinical Quality and overall team. Reporting to the Project Manager, the position contributes to greater team functioning and productivity by coordinating meeting scheduling, managing communications, creating meeting records, facilitating meeting action items, planning team and community-based events, and other associated team tasks.
To be successful in this role you will have/be –
- University degree or equivalent training and experience in a related field, such as business, science, social services, or healthcare.
- Recent and relevant experience in Project Coordination and administrative support (usually acquired over a period of 2 to 5 years) preferably within the context of First Nations and/or Indigenous health or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledge of First Nations health issues and the BC First Nations health governance structures
- Knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle and Project Management methodolog
