At Xylem, we are looking for a Project and Transformation Senior Manager, Order to Cash to lead our financial operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior executives, manage a talented finance team, and help drive our financial strategy.
What You’ll Do:
As the Project and Transformation Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire financial lifecycle, from planning to reporting, ensuring we maintain financial health and efficiency across the organization. Your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:

Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and strategies that align with business objectives. Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

  • Budget Management:

Lead the budgeting process, manage company-wide expenses and revenues, and ensure compliance with established financial guidelines. You’ll also be responsible for adjusting budgets to reflect changing business needs.

  • Cash Flow Management:

Oversee cash flow to ensure the company maintains adequate liquidity. Develop strategies to improve cash flow forecasting and mitigate financial risks, contributing to overall financial stability.

  • Financial Reporting:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by preparing detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. Compliance with accounting standards and regulations will be critical to this role.

  • Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and develop strategies to mitigate potential financial risks. You will play a key role in safeguarding the company’s financial assets and ensuring sustainable growth.

  • Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of finance professionals. You’ll set clear objectives, monitor performance, and create a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

  • Compliance & Auditing:

Coordinate external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Implement internal controls and lead initiatives to enhance our financial governance.

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required.

  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budget management, and project management from initiation to completion.
  • Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead a team by providing mentorship, setting goals, and driving performance. You should be passionate about helping your team grow both professionally and personally.
