Description:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK TASK TO BE CARRIED OUT

In connection with a companywide IT project, Klient is looking for 4 administrative project assistants who excel in analysis, communication and structure.

In the job you’ll be responsible for below:

  • Analyze data and drive improvements
  • Book and drive meetings, follow-up on and document agreed activities.
  • Provide active support to the Line Managers to conduct IT Access reviews and gather feedback and improvement opportunities whilst leading the meetings
  • Ensure that the updates made by the stakeholders (Application Owners, Application Providers) is in accordance with the guidelines and standards set by IAM
  • Proactive and prompt follow up to ensure completion of the IT Access reviews within the timelines set by IAM.
  • Highlight impediments and escalate as needed if there are any delays to meeting the timelines set.
  • Ensure accuracy in the reporting of the tasks.

DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Skills and competencies:

  • Fluent in English - spoken and Written (Scandinavian language skills is a plus, but not a must)
  • Previous experience working agile
  • Experience from Kanban and JIRA is considered an advantage, but not a must.
  • Basic to proficient excel skills
  • Service minded
  • Ability to communicate IT subjects to all stakeholders (incl. business). Bridge the gap btw IT and business.
  • Analytical mindset
  • Be structured
  • Work independently

Main tools used within the project:

  • MS Office suite

Responsibilities:
