Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to project managers and contribute to the successful completion of various projects.

Duties

• Assist project managers in organizing and executing project activities
• Provide excellent customer support through phone and in-person interactions
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Support front desk operations as needed
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Utilize Google Suite for project-related tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met
  

  Experience

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills
• Customer service experience
• Proficient in data entry

• Familiarity with medical office procedures

  Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a customer support role

• Knowledge of phone etiquette
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications
