Description:

Your role

Project support:

  • Coordination and controlling of all on-going operational project activities in the area of Global HR Transformation & Operations Project support for project/program leads (e.g. coordination and organization of project meetings, workshops and ensuring the right level of documentation)
  • Follow-up and coordination of action items after meetings independently
  • Preparing presentations incl. presentations to Executiv Board-level Evaluation and analysis of data to prepare/support decision making on executive level
  • Coordinating overall communications with all (project) team members

Administrative Support:

  • Proactively supporting the Head of Global HR Transformation & Operations in his daily business/administrative work (e.g. managing and coordinating the calendar of the Head of Global HR
  • Transformation efficiently and effectively; categorization of e-mails based on priority and ensure follow-up if done incl. reverting back directly if necessary)
  • Handling all forms of correspondence in alignment with the Head of Global HR Transformation & Operations and ensuring all communications are routed or handled with the right prioritization
  • Planning and managing travel itinerary for all managers in project Group
  • Organizing internal and external local and international events, workshops, and meetings
  • Supporting on operational topics such as purchasing, order management, and office management

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training plus specialist training (e.g. IHK Kaufmann/-frau)
  • professional experience, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Project management certification and foreign language courses an advantage
  • Business fluent in English and German
