Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree REQUIRED; Bachelor’s degree PREFERRED
  • 5 years work experience
  • Skilled at maintaining an independent database, running reports, and reconciliation
  • Highly technically proficient in Word, Powerpoint
  • Adept at Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup) and able to understand and use spreadsheets created by finance team
  • Demonstrate ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive confidential information

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing complex day-to-day schedule of Assigned Physicians/ Leadership
  • IT Coordination/Maintenance
  • Managing travel for Assigned Physicians / Leadership
  • Knowledgeably, accurately and sensitively drafting editing, finalizing and publishing faculty schedules, public and confidential reports, correspondence and presentations on behalf of Assigned Physicians;
  • Reviewing, distributing & disposing physical & electronic communications with acumen and accuracy;
  • Organizing and overseeing file management & information retrieval systems.
  • Performs administrative functions related to the project such as data reporting, and other office-based functions. Prepares agendas and facilitates department and site based meetings.
  • Collaborates with marketing and public relations on behalf of Assigned Physicians. Transforming, designing, maintaining website/social media while developing internal workflows to maintain open communication highlighting departmental innovations.
  • Develops technical expertise in all aspects of project development and disseminates that expertise across the department/Faculty.
