Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree REQUIRED; Bachelor’s degree PREFERRED
- 5 years work experience
- Skilled at maintaining an independent database, running reports, and reconciliation
- Highly technically proficient in Word, Powerpoint
- Adept at Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup) and able to understand and use spreadsheets created by finance team
- Demonstrate ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive confidential information

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing complex day-to-day schedule of Assigned Physicians/ Leadership
- IT Coordination/Maintenance
- Managing travel for Assigned Physicians / Leadership
- Knowledgeably, accurately and sensitively drafting editing, finalizing and publishing faculty schedules, public and confidential reports, correspondence and presentations on behalf of Assigned Physicians;
- Reviewing, distributing & disposing physical & electronic communications with acumen and accuracy;
- Organizing and overseeing file management & information retrieval systems.
- Performs administrative functions related to the project such as data reporting, and other office-based functions. Prepares agendas and facilitates department and site based meetings.
- Collaborates with marketing and public relations on behalf of Assigned Physicians. Transforming, designing, maintaining website/social media while developing internal workflows to maintain open communication highlighting departmental innovations.
- Develops technical expertise in all aspects of project development and disseminates that expertise across the department/Faculty.
