EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the budget analysis, resource allocations and forecasting (comparable to 0 to 2 years).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Solid forecasting, budgeting, and resource management skills
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills to be able to connect scope of services and timelines to a distribution of resources across skill sets and time
• Solid organizational and negotiation skills with ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities
• Basic understanding of project management skills as they relate to resource projections
• Capable of interacting with department personnel and personnel from other functional areas with honesty and openness
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) for analysis and presentation of data
• Solid multitasking skills to allow focus on individual projects while covering similar aspects across multiple projects required
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of working independently
