Project Co-Ordinator / Engineer

Engineering:

• To execute projects for Singapore customers from pre-order engineering, cost estimation to post-order engineering & project management
• Technical solution consultation for pre-order enquiry and provide technical advice to customer and service sales team
• To be in-charged for risk analysis, information management (communication plan for customer and supplier), project documentation (Phase gate reviews, design review, schedule development review, quality/safety plan)
• Monitor closely for all delay, claim/warranty management and customer compliant management
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering outcomes for the project
• Ensure information flow is effective for development of drawings and design documents

Project Management:

• Overall responsibility for engineering, project execution, installation /commissioning phase of project
• Able to deliver installation and project to schedule
• Ensure documentation is competent to requirements and standards
• Communicate installation, commissioning and interface activities to client
• Plan, lead and execute commissioning activities
• Ensure resource is allocated to project
• Ensure training is carried out when necessary
• To be on-site when necessary

And any other relevant tasks that are assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor in Civil Engineering
• Acquired relevant certifications in Singapore
• Experience in engineering and/or commissioning is preferred
• Experiences and/or extensive knowledge in sports construction sectors is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and be able to read drawings and make detailed design correction/change
• Computer literacy with demonstrated experience in using the Internet, Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
• Good planning ability and able to drive a strategy through their planning
• Independent, highly motivated, strong sense of ownership and leadership
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate/deal professionally with both internal and external clients
• Able to work under stressful environment, and be comfortable in the dynamic technical organization with a rapidly expanding client’s base
