Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Preferably a degree in a business, finance, law or engineering discipline. Post graduate business qualifications are highly advantageous.
- A qualification in accountancy, surveying or law e.g. ACCA, ACMA, CPA, MRICS, Law Society would be advantageous.
- Experience gained within a legal, commercial or financial role within the construction and property industry

Responsibilities:
- Deliver: Previous contract experience in commercial management for large value projects with fee values more than £1million
- Oversee: With support from the finance function provide effective reporting and forecasting of the commercial performance within the transportation business.
- Provide Expertise: Provide risk and commercial advice during the project lifecycle to assess performance and provide support to the wider transportation business, project, market sector and/or business development leadership.
- Ensure Quality: Ensure changes are managed rigorously with a focus on commercial implications of change, manage commercial risk and opportunity generally.
- Collaborate: Good interpersonal skills including relationship building and communication at all levels and work collaboratively across the organisation; listening to other points of view while still being persuasive.
