THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree qualification in communications, public relations, marketing or significant experience in a similar role.
- At least five years’ experience working at project site level preferably on major civil construction.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- General Construction Induction (White) card.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current C-Class Driver’s License.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage and update the Program Internal Communications Plan. Implement the plan components and support the Program Leadership Team.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communication channels and deliverables.
- Manage the Program SharePoint, liaising with various departments to ensure consistent and appropriate sharing of information and messaging.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and support Program milestones.
- Support preparation, coordinate, review and manage all Program wide internal communications, including; newsletters, ad hoc communications, reports, communications to executive leadership, the program team, and Sydney Water.
