PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager, Project Control to join our Gas Solutions team. In this role, you will lead a team of project controllers, actively coaching and developing their skills to steer Gas Solutions project management and execution. You will also play an integral role in the Business Unit’s overall financial planning and analysis, working closely with Gas Solutions Management to ensure effective financial performance and project delivery. You will report to Director, Business Control and be a key member of Gas Solution Business Control team.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking capability and good communication skills in English both oral and written
  • Solid experience with SAP, QV and PowerBI. Proven ability to learn and master new tools and systems.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow along the business requirements
  • Ability to work under time pressure and with tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project controllers, ensuring high performance, engagement, and continuous growth. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of the team.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain a high standard of communication between the project control team and other departments.
  • Manage the financial aspects of Gas Solutions project portfolio, including planning, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and cost control.
  • Actively participate in the Gas Solutions Business Unit’s financial planning and analysis activities, including long-term strategic planning and quarterly forecasts.
  • Support Business Unit’s financial reporting processes, including variance analysis, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
  • Identify financial risks within projects and work with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to project controlling.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during financial audits.
  • Lead initiatives to improve processes and tools related to project controlling, financial analysis, and reporting.
