Description:
Salary Range: $80,000 – 90,000
Location: Onsite - 1200 New Jersey Avenue SE Washington, D.C. 20590
Security Clearance:
Must be a US Citizen eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense (DoD) active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Job Summary:
Track performance of quality control processes and risk management and mitigation. Establish guidelines and criteria for the evaluations of procedures, processes and techniques. of quality control processes and risk management and mitigation during a project and support managers involved with this project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Specialized expertise in quality control processes and risk management and mitigation.
- Project coordination or administrative support experience (Department of Defense is a benefit)
- Experienced in the management of multiple projects simultaneously from conception to technical report presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Microsoft Teams experience.
- Successful track record of project coordination under difficult situations and budget control.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Able to network within industry settings
- Ability to coordinate workload and schedule across multiple projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail for quality control of documents and artifacts.
- Excellent ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent work and productivity.

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and the location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required. Possible lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Establish guidelines and criteria for the evaluations of procedures, processes and techniques; identifies efficiencies and provides recommendations for future improvements.
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously from conception to technical report presentation.
- Coordinate project under difficult situations and budget control.
- Participate in project meetings and be able to update PM .
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.

Compensation Minimum: $80,000
Compensation Maximum: $90,000
