KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE (SKILLS):

• 10-15 years of relevant project control / planning experience in Oil & Gas Engineering projects
• Proficient in Primavera / MS Project
• Advanced MS office software (Excel, Word) skills. Agresso (preferrable)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering)

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• Provides leadership, supervision and expertise to support Project Management Team. Prepare project controls deliverables such as project controls plan, progress reports, engineering schedules, management reports, cost reports, backlog revenue forecasts etc. to the required quality level and on time. Monitor project progress, schedule, productivity factors, budget over-runs; highlight and suggest improvements to enhance the commercial success on projects. Improve planning tools and procedures and implement automation concepts to improve efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain projects’ master schedules and projects’ status for Client and Project Management team.
• Develop and maintain Project Progress Measurement System for portfolio projects.
• Conduct commercial awareness training sessions to other disciplines, to improve commercial performance on projects
• Analyze, evaluate and forecast project progress against an established baseline schedule. Assess the impact(s) of any changes and schedule slippages.
• Ensure projects are executed within the contractual duration and approved control budgets.
• Monitor and analyze project progress, schedule, productivity factors, budget over-runs; highlight and suggest improvements to enhance the commercial success on projects
• Integrate resources and costs into schedules for budgets, expenditure and resource analysis.
• Liaise with Finance dept for the monthly revenue recognition process and forecast input into the corporate ERM Agresso.
• Prepare project invoices, track and monitor invoicing and cash collection
• Support to Director of Engineering Service Line and Head of projects to meet the budget / revenue targets for each year
• Prepare all the required management reports such as monthly backlog revenue forecast reports, budget v/s actual revenue reports etc.
• Ensure Project Performance Reporting compliance and adherence to company standards and procedures
