INTRODUCTION

Our client is a large consultancy who works with high-profile clients within the Defence industry, delivering projects within Infrastructure, Construction or Engineering environments!
They have an exciting opportunity for a Project Control Consultant to join their expanding project controls team, where the successful candidate will provide performance reporting and analysis support within a supportive team!
You will be expected to be client facing so experience within the Defence industry in a client facing role is essential.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrable experience working in a project / programme controls role.
• Experience in using project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Projects.
• Excellent communication skills and consultancy experience.
• Experience being responsible for delivering project controls within defence programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using Primavera P6 to manage and produce project schedules.
• Collation of cost data from multi-discipline teams to generate reports and support budget requests.
• Support the Project Controls Manager in ensuring correct governance and project controls processes.
• Supporting Risk Management strategies, by conducting analysis and reports.
• Monitor and control project cost and expenditure.
