Description:

We are looking for a fantastic Project Controller to join us on a Fixed Term contract until September 2025. This role is a great opportunity for those with experience in Project Controls / Project Administration who are interested in being a part of important and sustainable infrastructure projects across New Zealand.

In this role you will be:

  • Partnering with our Project Managers and Project Directors on various projects.
  • Monitoring and assisting with the update of project information and associated finances (budget, start/ end dates, maintaining relevant costs, profitability).
  • Invoicing, accounts receivables, transfers, reallocations, and credit notes.
  • Analysing financial reports and dashboards.
  • Providing guidance on project profitability, tracking spend vs budget.
  • Monitoring profit and loss on our projects, and providing recommendations.
  • Managing the project program alongside the team and updating stakeholders.
  • Chairing project debriefs and taking minutes as required.
  • Processing project documentation, including contracts, variations and letters of engagement, arranging proper filing.
