Description:
We are looking for a fantastic Project Controller to join us on a Fixed Term contract until September 2025. This role is a great opportunity for those with experience in Project Controls / Project Administration who are interested in being a part of important and sustainable infrastructure projects across New Zealand.

In this role you will be:
- Partnering with our Project Managers and Project Directors on various projects.
- Monitoring and assisting with the update of project information and associated finances (budget, start/ end dates, maintaining relevant costs, profitability).
- Invoicing, accounts receivables, transfers, reallocations, and credit notes.
- Analysing financial reports and dashboards.
- Providing guidance on project profitability, tracking spend vs budget.
- Monitoring profit and loss on our projects, and providing recommendations.
- Managing the project program alongside the team and updating stakeholders.
- Chairing project debriefs and taking minutes as required.
- Processing project documentation, including contracts, variations and letters of engagement, arranging proper filing.
