REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office software skills
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
• Proficient at handling multiple tasks and people at a time
• Self-starter displaying independence and self-direction
• Able to quickly develop rapport with other groups in the organization
• Demonstrate Attention to Detail and analytical skills

The Project Controls Administrator’s primary role is to enhance the team’s effectiveness by coordinating a variety of administrative and reporting details so that Senior and Lead Controller can focus on exceptional reporting and project controls excellence. Duties include:

• Developing first drafts of reports for Senior team members
• Large data imports and reconciliations in Excel
• Information gathering for multiple team members
• Maintaining action item lists
• Following up on action items with responsible parties
• Create Power Points
• Provide ad-hoc support to Project Management team as needed
