KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist the Assistant Project Controls Engineer/Project Controls Engineer in the production of Month End reporting data and assurance of the information.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Delivery and other disciplines to collect information on a timely manner according to the Month End Reporting Calendar.
- Assist the Assistant Project Controls Engineer/Project Controls Engineer in the production of any performance reports or ad-hoc request from Senior Management.
- Sound knowledge of Earned Value and its applications to Construction.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE
We are looking for graduates with:
- Understanding of construction principles and the relationship between delivery teams and commercial functions.
- Initial experience in Cost Engineering and Estimating
- Experience of cost management systems within a major civil engineering project.
- Understanding principles of construction scheduling.
- Initial experience using Power BI.
- Sound Knowledge on how to measure civil engineering works.
- Understanding of NEC3 contracts.
- Good IT skills and adaptability.
- Sound knowledge of Earned Value Management and its applications to Construction Projects.
- Sound interpersonal skills and ability to interact collaboratively with the supply chain, colleagues and Client.
- Excel – Good level of capability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at a variety of levels.
- Excellent written and oral English language
- Motivated to learn and add value to the team, the role and the Graduate program.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys problem solving
- A proven team player who can effectively work with others.
- Enjoys working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach to working and learning.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the industry

Responsibilities:
