Job Description
AECOM Calgary is hiring a Project Controls Lead for a full time position for the Shell Program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervises junior staff through task development, establishing and maintaining goals and expectations, and documenting performance related issues and achievements.
- Oversees continuous professional development for staff, documents employee performance issues and participates in resolutions as appropriate.
- Identifies and develops talent.
- Maintains positive working relationship with peer leaders.
- Establishes and maintains clear goals and expectations for the organization.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline: engineering, sciences, business, finance, etc. + 6 years experience in projects controls
