What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a project controls manager within a portfolio environment.
• Strong client-facing experience, with a solid understanding of budgeting and earned value management across the project lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Expertise in facilitating risk review meetings and conducting quantitative schedule risk assessments using primavera risk analysis.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing cost value reports and managing change, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Background in energy or process Industries.
• Hands-on experience with implementing project control systems.
• Experience working on-site in a multi-discipline engineering environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and administer the planning and controls of the NZT Project within our Energy Transition portfolio.
• Champion a culture of safety, ensuring a zero harm environment.
• Develop and implement project controls procedures while providing training and support to your team.
• Prepare and deliver management reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Facilitate cost and value report meetings, performance dashboards, and risk review meetings specifically for the Project.
• Ensure timely and quality submissions of performance measurement sheets and dashboard reports.
• Analyse earned value data to monitor project performance against budgets.
• Establish and maintain a quantity tracking system and prepare detailed quantity unit rate reports.
• Drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of process enhancements.
