Expected Salary: $65,514 to $98,271

Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Project Controls Manager and provide project control services for production and design-based Waterfront projects
Contribute to Project Control process improvements and development of processes and procedures for new Waterfront projects
Implement best practice Project Controls in accordance with Babcock procedures and commercial arrangements
Responsible for managing, and keeping alignment between schedule, progress, cost, planning and change management databases
Responsible for weekly earned value management reporting, analysis, and communication
Develop and maintain suite of project control metrics and reports used for briefing internal and external stakeholders
Provide accurate and effective management information to support KPI reporting
Ensure production of accurate project, programme and operational reporting in the required format and in accordance with required deadlines
Liaise with Babcock Finance to ensure all corporate financial reporting needs are supported and met by operations
Support to produce monthly project Estimate at Completion (EAC) and ad-hoc cost reporting requirements
Facilitate EAC reviews, comprehensive variance analysis and identification of trends and developing mitigations to address baseline variances
Produce ad-hoc forecasts and revised budgets as requested
Support in the management and administration of contractual changes
Support and facilitate project close out reporting requirements
Provide guidance and contribute in the development to project controls team members, including mentoring and coaching of junior staff
Liaise with operational management to provide project control support
Must effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Attend customer and supplier meetings as required
Perform other duties as necessary
