REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 20 years of experience in project controls management, with at least 5 years in the Middle East region.
• Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in various project planning and control software tools.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative mindset with a team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in the civil engineering or infrastructure sector is highly desirable.

• Establish and implement effective project controls processes and methodologies.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget management, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Analyze and report on project performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and teams to facilitate effective communication.
• Ensure adherence to project controls best practices and standards.
• Lead and mentor project controls team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
