We are seeking a Project Coordination Analyst to join our dynamic and energetic Finance team. J.S. Held is a multi-disciplinary global consulting firm with over 90 offices globally and over 1000 employees. We are focused on learning and development and continually looking to attract and retain top talent who are creative, self-motivated, and organized.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role; including data entry and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team player – must work well with others, as part of a team

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree preferred.
  • Microsoft Office required. Must be Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. proficient and have the ability to embrace new technology.
  • Demonstrable job stability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry as well as dispute resolution preferred.

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Home office or workspace setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and setting up new projects/assignments in multiple systems – confirming information provided is accurate.
  • Managing and updating project/assignment information – includes following-up with appropriate people for missing and updated information.
  • Maintaining appropriate project status as well as keeping the invoicing/payor information up to date.
  • Providing employees access to appropriate projects/assignments on multiple platforms
  • Answering calls as they come into a call queue.
  • Responding to new project setup requests as they come into a group email.
  • Supporting special projects.
