OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Allnorth’s Grande Prairie Division is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to work with the team to execute projects safely and efficiently, in a variety of markets. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team helping to lead project teams across a wide variety of projects. The team will work to deliver innovative technical, value-added solutions within set schedules and budgets.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

The successful candidate will be engaged in fulsome project delivery, beginning at proposal development and client engagement, and not ending until the completed project is turned over to the client. Working collaboratively with other Allnorth groups and subcontractors, you will have the opportunity to work with and lead team members to successfully deliver fast-paced projects for clients wherever they are located.

Example of responsibilities involved would be:

• Potential involvement in various project activities, including but not limited to:
• Proposal generation
• Estimation
• Earned Value tracking, reporting, and change management
• Scheduling
• Procurement and Contract Management, and Document Control
• Working with and/or managing both engineering and construction to ensure that work is executed as per design specifications and standards and contractual requirements, while prioritizing safety
• Seeking continuous improvements to positively impact project and team performance
• Establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels
• Develop remediation plans with project team to correct schedule or cost issues

Role may be site based, dependent upon project requirements.
