Angus Montgomery Arts includes the following art fairs: Taipei Dangdai (Taiwan), India Art Fair (India), India Art Fair Contemporary (India), Sydney Contemporary (Australia), PHOTOFAIRS Hong Kong (Hong Kong), Art Central (Hong Kong), ART SG (Singapore), Tokyo Gendai (Japan), Aotearoa Art Fair (New Zealand), and Art Düsseldorf (Germany).
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented candidate to join our growing Digital and Data team. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in supporting administrative tasks, assisting with data management, and coordinating digital projects. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about developing their skills in the digital and data space within the art world, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative events environment.
The ideal candidate is eager to work with art fairs, project management, digital development, CRM systems, and audience strategies. While prior experience is not required, a strong willingness to learn is essential. Our priority is finding someone with excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of solving problems using logical reasoning and sound judgement. Additionally, intellectual curiosity, a quick ability to grasp new concepts, and the ability to make data-driven decisions effectively are key qualities we value.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the Head of Audience & Insights in managing all digital and data projects.
  • Coordinate tasks and deadlines for digital projects and data initiatives.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the implementation of new systems or processes.
  • Manage CRM modification and make sure settings, user permissions, analytical dashboards etc. are always updated and correct.
  • Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across different platforms.
  • Support in data entry, cleaning, and organisation of datasets.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to data tools or digital platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders when necessary.BEHAVIOURS AND KNOWLEDGEMANDATORY
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of data entry, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and databases.
  • An interest in digital technologies, data management, and project coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards your work, colleagues and external partners.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view.
  • Energy and enthusiasm, along with an ability to self-manage is vital, as the role is incredibly varied and the company is fast-paced and ambitious.DESIRABLE
  • Understanding of data management and analytics.
  • Experience working with Wordpress websites.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with basic project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Asana) is a plus.
  • Experience working within an arts or event organisation.

PRACTICALITIES

  • This is a permanent position.
  • The role is primarily based in the companys London office 9 Manchester Square, London, W1U 3PL where we operate a hybrid model with Tue Thu based in the office and Mon & Fri WFH.
  • Normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm, during live events, hours and days might vary.
  • Occasional international travel and weekend work may be required.
  • You will report directly to the Head of Audience & Insights.

Responsibilities:

The job holder will work closely with the Head of Audience & Insights and help achieve the data and digital goals for our art fairs.
The main goal of the team is to deliver solutions that enables us to be an organisation with data at its core that is used for strategical decision-making and to streamline data and digital solutions across the group.
