WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator. This position will work closely with sales and engineering/ drafting to produce estimates and quotes initially and upon award of tender or sales order, coordinating the timely delivery of projects to customers.

• Prepare fully detailed accurate and timely estimates and quotations for direct major projects and participation in effective tender preparation (where required).
• Read and interpret construction drawings, details and specifications.
• Provide estimates, material take-off’s, variations to sales orders, contract progress or similar.
• Assist the customer in the determination of design parameters as necessary.
• Compile detailed estimates of components required by the customer to ensure the timely coordination of workflows by each internal work group.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an electronic system on the status of each major project enquiry, quotation, or work order.
