As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Internal Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Internal Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the UK and Export Project Management teams in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role involves coordinating between various internal departments, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (e.g., production, quality control, logistics) to ensure smooth project progression and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and any other relevant records.
  • Timeline Management: Track project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all tasks. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and escalate any potential delays or issues.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate with department heads to ensure that the necessary resources (personnel, materials, equipment) are available and allocated to projects as required.
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet the required specifications before delivery.
  • Export Coordination: Assist with the management of export projects, including the preparation of documentation, coordination of shipping logistics, and compliance with international regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
