Description:

We’re recruiting a Project Coordinator to join the Technical Product Management Team who are responsible for delivering AXA Health’s annual Product and Rate Review activity. This is a series of projects delivering updates to our propositions policy wording, pricing, benefits and member communications. Those changes ensure our products remain customer focused, competitive, achieve strategic income targets and comply with regulatory standards.
Alongside the Project Manager, you’ll support core workstreams across the business to deliver changes approved via key governance committees. At times, you’ll support scoping and feasibility assessments of proposals putting forward recommendations.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft project documentation such as scope packs, RAID logs, progress dashboard, deployment notifications and workstream updates.
  • Support the Project Manager with the development of project plans and tracking tasks through to completion.
  • Track deliverables across responsible workstreams. Seek resolution on overdue actions ensuring the project remains on schedule and escalating to the Project Manager where necessary.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings between key project stakeholders and deliver clear communication of outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain the Product Review SharePoint site.
  • Maintain the product review proposals backlog through adding and updating proposals and capturing key decision dates.
  • Maintain the lessons learnt logs and track open actions through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain customer fulfilment processes owned within the team and integrate those managed outside the team.
  • Support the development of change proposals being led by the Technical Product Management and Governance team.
