Responsibilities:

AS A PARTS SERVICES, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Obtaining spares price & delivery for spares & loose parts
  • Supporting Spares quote creation for customer
  • Setting up of Sales Orders on BH system to generate demand for orders
  • Managing spares orders and internal teams to deliver spares & loose parts
  • Creating shipping paperwork for customer goods
  • Assisting with booking in/out of customer property on BH systems
  • Supporting with shipments of customer property via the BH shipping & logistics process

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have proven experience in Project execution and coordination
  • Demonstrate proven experience in Services Project Management.
  • Have a qualification in project management, although this is not essential
