We are looking to strengthen our team with a responsible and proactive PROJECT COORDINATOR.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in project coordination, preferably within the marine or a related industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage documentation effectively.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Proficiency in IT, including MS Office and design software such as AutoCAD, IronCAD, or Rhino.

• Assist Project managers in coordinating the aftersales projects
• Support the Project managers with project documentation
• Support the project teams with quality checks for new build projects
• Ensure relevant departments receive all necessary information to meet project deliverables.
