Description:

OUR COMPANY:

At Beanfield, we are about building communities, not just networks. For over 35 years, we have been proud to build, own, and operate an extensive & robust fibre-optic network throughout Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. We believe that people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to making life better for our customers, our employees, and the communities where we live and work.
Founded in the underserved Toronto neighbourhood of Liberty Village, we’ve always understood the importance of connection. That’s why we committed ourselves to building a fibre-optic network throughout the community and have continued to expand our network ever since.
Now with over 450 employees, we continue to deploy our own independent construction, fibre splicing, installation, network operations and support teams. Our services are delivered to over thousands of commercial and residential service addresses using Beanfield owned facilities.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal part in coordinating and executing migration and integration projects for our wholesale customers. The Project Coordinator will be involved in other internal projects to ensure all parties are always updated on the progress of all ongoing projects.
The successful candidate will be at the heart of ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining the high-quality service standards our clients expect as Beanfield customers. The Project Coordinator will report to our Director of Business Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects related to the migration and integration of services for wholesale customers.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and any other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management, to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with clients, employing a solution-focused approach.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, reporting on successes and areas for improvement to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ownership of end-to-end customer strategy, working closing with cross-functional teams.
