Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Project Management: 3-6 years’ experience with proven ability to coordinate small and mid-sized projects and small programs.
- Change Management: Success in leading small and mid-sized change initiatives across an organization.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to thrive while working across time zones, hybrid work modes, cultures, and different personal backgrounds, and an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Winning Spirit: Ability to understand what needs to be done and proactively take ownership to see it to completion.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Chief Information and Digital Officer Strategy and Operations (CIDO S&O) organization is focused on the Culture, Operations and Strategy of all areas led by the CIDO, which includes Information Technology (IT), Global Digital Enablement Team (GDET) and Global Business Services (GBS). The Global High Performing Team and Strategy Delivery team within CIDO S&O is focused on how we provide our team members structures, programs, and processes that help them succeed in delivering value to their customers while feeling supported and valued as employees.
As Project Coordinator for Global IT and GBS at Boston Scientific, you will manage, coordinate, and execute various global strategies and plans that support our most valuable investment: our people.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Advance the structured learning opportunities for IT and GBS team members.
- Facilitate various learning forums.
- Assist in creating and modifying written and visual communications to the organization.
- Advance the application of change management practices within our teams to better support our team members, users, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead multiple workstreams that increase inclusion and engagement (e.g., onboarding, recognition programs, onsite events).
- Manage and execute the work related to other strategic projects, as assigned.
