JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-year degree
  • Commercial construction and/or facility maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and management skills
  • Excellent Time management skills
  • Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organized & detail oriented
  • Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
  • Must be creative and think outside the box

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and dispatch vendors whose skills align with the trade
  • Recruit new vendors as needed
  • Negotiate vendor labor and material pricing
  • Proactively monitor communications with clients to ensure proper updates are sent out, either directly to the client or on their 3rd party system.
  • Answer client and vendor inquires and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Track materials and schedule jobs within client expectations
  • Work with Project Managers to resolve client/vendor escalations
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor (including but not limited to processing final invoices, processing vendor invoices, processing PO’s and overseeing documentation that are project related)
