REQUIREMENTS OF PROJECT COORDINATOR

• Relevant experience working within a Project Coordinator role
• Professional and articulate, reliable and motivated
• Comfortable working with people at all levels within the organization in a fast-paced environment
• Confident manner representing the brand with superb interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Methodical, organised and accurate
• IT Literate with Microsoft office
• Exceptional telephone manner

EDUCATION

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
• Opportunities for further development including fully funded Project Management qualifications.

EXPERIENCE

• Project Coordinator: 2-3 years preferred

• Coordinating recurring projects, scheduling meetings with clients and the relevant team members, ensuring project deadlines are met
• Manage new client’s onboarding ensuring a first class service is provided
• Actively maintain pipeline through Salesforce, supporting the throughput of projects by our delivery team
• Monitor and track progress of projects
• Providing weekly/monthly updates to Team Managers, Project Managers and Directors
• Advocate in using internal sales tools (Salesforce) to ensure an efficient process is adopted
