About the role
We are seeking a highly driven Project Coordinator to join the team at CMV Truck & Bus. Reporting to our Business Development Manager, this exciting and rare opportunity will play a vital role in the successful execution and deployment of various projects within CMV Truck & Bus.
If you are highly organised professional and enjoy seeing projects through from the planning and development stages to executing through to the operational phase, we are keen to meet you. Previous experience is not essential, but you will need to demonstrate you have skills developed within your recent career that has prepared you for this exceptional opportunity.

Key functions of the role

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes as required.
  • Coordinate the allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor resource utilization and report any potential issues to the Project Manager.
  • Track project tasks and ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and risks.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate quality assurance activities and facilitate reviews.

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management
  • Previous business administration experience
  • Automotive industry operations experience preferable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, liaising with various key stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
  • High Personal Presentation & time management standards
  • Strong computer, time management and organisational skills
  • Drivers Licence
