SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level or higher).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- A team player who can take direction and work independently.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Projects Team. In this role, you will collaborate with our quotations team and construction sales team to ensure timely product procurement and effective project scheduling from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the purchasing, balancing, and invoicing of new orders.
- Prepare initial purchase orders and process change orders with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update project spreadsheets to ensure accurate cost and sell tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Work closely with the project team and internal sales representatives.
- Communicate delivery status, change orders, billings, and project updates to customers.
