REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to travel to regional sites on an adhoc basis
- Understanding of construction project management principles and industry practices
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roles on projects from $5m upwards
- Demonstrated experience or exposure to construction
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE OF PROJECT COORDINATOR:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate construction projects, liaising with stakeholders for milestones achievement
- Maintain project documentation, monitoring timelines, budget, and resources
- Facilitate project meetings, manage procurement, and supplier relationships
- Conduct site visits for progress monitoring and safety compliance
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and other related documents
