Description:

OUR CLIENT IS A GLOBAL MNC, ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE LOGISTICS/TRANSPORTATION SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A PROJECT COORDINATOR TO BE PART OF THEIR TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE EAST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate registration of shipments
  • Update internal and external systems with shipment dataCreate freight bookings and verify forwarding documents
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of forwarding documents.
  • Coordinate customer bookings at both origin and destination.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • With at least 1 years of working experience in a similar position in Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities:
