MŌ NGĀ PŪKENGA | QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant Tertiary Degree in Social Development or Business.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in project/contract management and co-ordination.
  • Experience in supporting the development and implementation of project plans with multiple stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in contract and procurement management as well as process management.

Responsibilities:

  • Projects: Budget management for education team and financial risk management for funded projects.
  • Report Generation and Analysis: Data analysis and reporting for funded projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: analyse business requirements and assist with project planning and delivery.
  • Contracts and Procurement: coordinate tender processes, liaise with WRC legal and procurement specialise and be a proactive member of the contracts working group.
