SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a similar field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Cost control skills and ability to clearly instruct the team to stay within budget.
- Strong coordinating skills and soft skills.
- A “can-do” attitude with the ability to support team members and senior staff effectively.
- Great communication and phone manner.

Responsibilities:
- Main Responsibility: Maintain and facilitate current government contracts.
- Daily Operations: Execute tasks in accordance with contract requirements.
- Project Coordination: Manage and track project tasks, deliverables, and progress.
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance to stakeholders and team members, handling project-related paperwork.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep relevant stakeholders informed about project status and any issues that might affect client relations.
- Project Review: Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
- Project Monitoring: Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
- Accounts Coordination: Coordinate with accounts receivable for the timely completion and closing of jobs.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks to support the team and ensure smooth contract flow.
- Problem Solving: Address and report issues to senior management promptly.
- Safety Monitoring: Ensure safety protocols are followed and monitor for any safety issues.
