Responsibilities:

Provides support to the Operations Manager, Project Managers, and all Ensero Offices. Responsible for completing a variety of tasks including coordination, administrative, financial and logistical support for Ensero projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating the activities of project teams to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget and with the desired quality.
  • Providing administrative support to project teams within the office and at other Ensero locations (BC, Ontario, Colorado, Whitehorse).
  • Document formatting and editing of project documents and proposals in accordance with company style guide.
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides
  • Coordinate conference attendance including booth, supplies, and social media promotion
  • Maintain office inventory lists and order office supplies.
  • Run errands occasionally.
  • Receive packages at the Saskatoon office and ensure the appropriate person is aware of their arrival.
  • Edits and maintains marketing materials such as flyers
  • Assist with proposal preparation and costing.
  • Obtain quotes from vendors/subcontractors and support project cost estimates.
  • Enter vendor invoices, receipts, expense claims, and sales invoices into accounting software.
  • Preparation of shipments.
  • Manipulation of data via Microsoft Excel.
  • Preparing and formatting reports.
  • All other duties as required.
