PROJECT COORDINATOR III

Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Operations Manager, Project Managers, and all Ensero Offices. Responsible for completing a variety of tasks including coordination, administrative, financial and logistical support for Ensero projects and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating the activities of project teams to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget and with the desired quality.
- Providing administrative support to project teams within the office and at other Ensero locations (BC, Ontario, Colorado, Whitehorse).
- Document formatting and editing of project documents and proposals in accordance with company style guide.
- Prepare PowerPoint slides
- Coordinate conference attendance including booth, supplies, and social media promotion
- Maintain office inventory lists and order office supplies.
- Run errands occasionally.
- Receive packages at the Saskatoon office and ensure the appropriate person is aware of their arrival.
- Edits and maintains marketing materials such as flyers
- Assist with proposal preparation and costing.
- Obtain quotes from vendors/subcontractors and support project cost estimates.
- Enter vendor invoices, receipts, expense claims, and sales invoices into accounting software.
- Preparation of shipments.
- Manipulation of data via Microsoft Excel.
- Preparing and formatting reports.
- All other duties as required.
