Description:

Responsibilities:

You will carry out general administrative duties as required by the Management Team on site. This will include reviewing timesheets, receipting purchase orders, raising purchase orders, completing purchase card log. There will also be a requirement to provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including booking meetings, minute taking and general support
Support the Projects Team with planned rolling programmes to deliver comprehensive planned maintenance and asset lifecycle requirements in line with good industry practice including whole life costing. Supporting the Lifecycle Team liaise with Finance and Commercial to provide a real time view of lifecycle against model. Including Raising of drawdown requests, Rolling financial forecasts and WIP reporting.
