The Team & Focus of the Role
Our Infrastructure Services team continue to go from strength to strength and as such, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to come and join our expanding team based in Stafford.
At Fisher German our customers and clients are at the heart of what we do. Our Infrastructure Services division assists in delivering projects for the UK on behalf of clients across a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.
This role would suit an individual who is a motivated self-starter and really thrives working in fast paced environments with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide great service both to internal colleagues and external clients. We are a busy team who are delivering multiple complex projects to several different clients, all of whom have different processes and expectations.
This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), based in our Stafford office within our hybrid working policy.

Duties will include:
- Working within a team to provide administrative support and manage delivery of lands tasks and land entry for large-scale utility projects.
- Support the delivery team with the management of project budgets/finances, including work in progress and compensation claim management.
- Liaison with external technical leads including client project managers, survey teams, project designers, and construction contractors.
- Liaison with impacted landowners and occupiers.
- Working with internal teams and clients to develop reporting processes/systems
- Reporting through both internal and client systems on project updates and milestones.
- Preparing documents, letters, reports, mail merges, presentations, and emails including support with the preparation of legal documents (such as notices), together with reviewing of plans.
- Data analysis and cleansing.
- Co-ordination with our land referencing team, project administrators, and surveyors.
The successful candidate will have…
- Have excellent organisational skills, and is confident working to deadlines
- Experience of project management would be advantageous, including in regard to project finances/budgets
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Be confident with using Microsoft Office, with great IT skills
- Experience in data presentation and application would be advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication styles, both written and verbal
