Job Description
Our Project Management sector is expanding, and we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in implementing the project from inception through to completion and supporting the work and controlling the delivery of the project in accordance with the project plan.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and/or Ontario offices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma or technical diploma in engineering, construction or in a relevant field
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Project Management
  • Construction management experience, including supervision of on-site construction activities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and proficient in Project Management software
  • Ability to get a Secret Security clearance

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on tracking, monitoring, and reporting on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, and address issues with corrective actions as appropriate
  • Review and ensure adherence to the overall scope, schedule, and budget during construction
  • Input into regular project cost and schedule forecasts, and escalate issues to senior management
  • Maintain good relationships and work closely with all project stakeholders, including the client, general contractor, subcontractors, consultant, etc.
  • Assist on implementing risk management and contingency plans
