Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced administrator to join our People and Culture team as Project Coordinator . This pivotal role supports the People and Culture leadership team to coordinate project resources, plan key events and people initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating the People and Culture leadership team including projects, meetings, events and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Coordination:
- Planning meetings including coordinating agendas and papers.
Ensuring minutes and actions for meetings as required are up-to-date and prepared, communicated and actioned in a timely manner.Preparation of regular and adhoc HR reports.
Events and Recognition Programs:
- Manage the Service Awards program including review of awards and timely preparation and distribution of certificates, pins and gifts.
- Support with management of the employee awards program including coordination of assessment of nominations, announcement of winners and management of annual event
Support delivery of events, annual HR processes and projectsAssist Training team with program coordination including scheduling, booking and catering etc.
General Administration:
Raising purchase orders and process invoices to the agreed budget.Maintain a record of expenditures for delegated budgets.
