Schedule: This position will be expected to work on-site, Monday - Friday, in Mounds view, MN.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.
  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
  • Assist with calendar, expense reporting, travel and other diverse administrative duties and projects
  • Lead or assist with special events and initiatives, Employee Engagement activities/events throughout the year, such as Quality Day, Diversity Day
  • Serve as Philanthropy Liaison and event coordination between cross functional direct and indirect labor teams
  • Manage and coordinate facilities projects as assigned by VP
  • Develop regular site-wide email & communications (internal) to keep employees connected to site activities and the broader MDT
  • Organize regular All Employee Meetings/leadership update meetings
  • Prepare and facilitate staff agendas and schedules
  • Meeting minutes and tracking action items for leadership team
  • Oversee visual management and facility branding (displays/boards in hallways)
  • Write, edit, proofread printed or digital material; both internal and external
  • Participate in developing the communication materials for the site strategic vision
  • Manage the development and reporting of key facility site metrics
  • Assist with various customer or leadership site visits

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years of project and/or administrative support experience

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience with creating and maintaining a department SharePoint site
  • Experience working across time zones and with an international team
  • Experience coordinating events that have both in-person and virtual aspects
  • Experience with Purchase Order processing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities for multiple department leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills in both virtual and in-person environments

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$62,000 - $93,000
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
