The Project Coordinator oversees projects from scratch, collaborating with team members to meet goals within assigned deadline. Keeps up to date on all aspects of a project, delegate tasks, and resolve unexpected challenges using their expertise. Effective communication with team leader, and upper management is essential for project alignment and success.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum Degree in Business Management or a related field of study
• Candidates who do not meet the above minimum qualification MUST possess at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills (particularly in English)
• Ability to accomplish tasks under intense time constraints · Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Outlook

• Maintain and monitor project orders, plans, schedules, and work hours for each channel/client.
• Liaise with clients, in-house editors, freelancers, and other teams/departments regarding project schedules and material availability
• Maintain a reliable freelancer pool by understanding their strength, weakness, and expertise and monitoring their performance
• Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required.
