MS Office proficiency.
Experience in construction scheduling of multi dwelling buildings is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the design, planning, scheduling, and installation of multiple projects of the SmartONE Solution to multi dwelling buildings deployed across North America. Some travel outside of the GTA may be required. The primary function of this role will be to manage the overall delivery of our portfolio of communities, collaborating with a team of Engineers who design and coordinate custom solutions. This role will also involve inventory management and equipment ordering, and to aid in organizing and coordinating site installations. In preparation for the planning and execution role, hands on training will be provided. In the coordination role, you will collaborate with residential developers in the early planning stages to develop a smart community vision that uses technology to enhance the living experience in communities. You will then collaborate with the developer and consultants through the steps detailed below to take this concept from an idea to the finished operating community.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Tailor SmartONE documentation for each project and share the information with the clients.
Understand the project requirements and support the SmartONE system design by preparing markup drawings.
Review the issued for construction drawings and identify deviations/issues related to SmartONE system.
Perform site visits as required and prepare construction progress reports.
Help coordinate installation requirements with trades on site as required.
Perform administrative tasks of filling forms, documents, preparing shipments, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Support the preparation of project documents, Bill of Quantities, and testing & commissioning reports.
Support the Lead Engineers in scheduling and executing multiple projects, including the deployment of SmartONEs technology displays in our clients sales centers.
Using an in-house project management tool, work with the project team in establishing baseline schedules that meet the needs of, and are used by, the project team.
Attend Project meetings as required, virtually or in-person.
Communicate regularly with the Project Managers and site installation team to ensure the seamless execution/deployment of the solution.
Respond to client queries as required.
Look for and provide process improvement ideas.
Aid in forecasting and scheduling incoming and outgoing project inventory.
Help coordinate schedules with clients.
Prepare and participate in lessons learned sessions to address any process, schedule, inventory concerns including recommendations for corrective actions.
Liaison with all internal teams for education, communication, and continuous improvement across all SmartONEs teams
