PROJECT COORDINATOR - GAMES

Lionbridge Games is home to a large community of global players who participate in remunerated activities for a broad catalog of game studios. In this role you will be dedicated to an e-sports-related project where you will handle interactions between gamers and Lionbridge and organize the execution of translation-based tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tasks reception from a client, assignment to vendor pool for action, and timely delivery back to the client
  • Support community members based on current needs for tasks execution
  • Proactively engage with the community to solve any challenge, and answer any question in regard to project execution
  • Coordinate selection tests to be taken by the candidates
  • Maintain and update community partners’ data in the community database on a regular basis
  • Monitor quality results of community partners
  • Requalify resources based on the quality performance data
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with community members
  • Help implement new processes to the community and adjust documentations
